R.P. Dhingra
Anoop Jamdagny
Anoop Jamdagny is a seasoned technology and quality engineering leader with over two decades of experience driving transformation across financial services, healthcare, and enterprise SaaS platforms. Currently serving as a Director of Engineering at a Fortune 500 firm, Anoop brings deep expertise in automation strategy, risk management, and Agile/DevOps practices.
Anoop provides independent oversight, strategic input, and technology advisory to support the company’s long-term vision and operational resilience. His collaborative approach and passion for quality-first thinking make him a valuable contributor to governance, innovation, and sustainable growth.
Anoop holds an MBA in Information Technology and multiple certifications in quality, systems architecture, and process improvement. He is based in Boulder, Colorado.
Kunal Dutt
Kunal has 22 years of experience in education and skills development as well as in research. He has spent over 9 years as an Education and Implementation specialist at The World Bank. Prior to the World Bank, he has worked as an independent consultant for several bi- and multi-laterals such as the ADB, UK-DFID, GIZ, UNDP. on projects in institutional development, urban reforms, capacity building and e Governance. Kunal has executed project for several National and State governments including the Government of India, Bihar, Gujarat, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, MP, Tripura, Assam.
In terms of his technical expertise, Kunal specializes in project implementation, technical advisory, stakeholder management, and data-driven research. Kunal has led and contributed towards several school education, education infrastructure, education reforms, skills reforms and infrastructure-related projects. These include providing consultative inputs to the then MHRD (Now, MoE), GoI on the draft NEP, working as a World Bank task-team member for the Gujarat Outcomes for Accelerated Learning (GOAL), Nagaland: Enhancing Classroom Teaching and Resources (NECTAR), Enhancing Teacher Effectiveness in Bihar Operation, Supporting Andhra’s Learning Transformation (SALT), MSDE’s Vocational Training Improvement Project (VTIP) and Skills Strengthening for Industrial Value Enhancement operation (STRIVE).
Academically, he holds an MBA from the University of London, has trained in Education Policy Reform in Germany, and undergone PMP training. His mission is to drive human development through his extensive expertise.
